The information on the form will only be used to create access accounts for you and your child and as a check against our student information records.
Your child’s account will only be created with your permission. By submitting this form to the school you are giving this permission and agreeing to abide by the SchoolZone Terms of Use found on the web site. The information about your child placed in the site by your child’s teachers will only be made available to you and your child. SchoolZone parent and student accounts will remain active as long as the student is registered in an Edmonton Public School that is using the SchoolZone information system.
Your email address will be used by the SchoolZone to notify you of selected changes to information such as homework or attendance. It will not be distributed to anyone else.
We sincerely appreciate your patience with Account set-ups. We are processing a high volume of Applications, and currently expect a 6-10 day delay in this process. All applicants will be honored in the order in which they are originally received. You will receive an email confirming your activation. Thank you!
Should your Parent email address at any time change, you must advise the school either personally or on hard copy writing of said change before any SchoolZone Account modifications will take affect.
